Strength: Pull-Ups

Conditioning:

Complete the following for time, in any order:

500m Row

50 Sit-Ups

50 Box Jumps

50 Push Press (45 lbs)

50 Sledgehammer Swings

Mobility: Lat Stretch w/ Band

Minimum of 60 seconds per side

My Fit Foods will be serving post-WOD snacks at every class today so come on out and earn a delicious recovery meal!
