200m Walking Lunges, then:
10 Rounds of:
6 OHS (95/65 lbs)
18 Double-Unders, then:
600m Run
30 Snatches
*Work with a partner and alternate as needed on the lunges. Each partner completes one round at a time on OHS/DU couplet. The Run is done together and the snatches must be split in half.
