Max Weighted Pull-Up / Max Dead Hang Pull-Ups / Max Assisted Dead Hang Pull-Ups

**You will have through Friday to find these

Conditioning: “The Baseline”

Complete the following for Time:

500m Row

40 Air Squats

30 Sit-Ups

20 Push-Ups

10 Pull-Ups

Extra Work:

3 x 10 BB Good Mornings
