Part 1 – Bench Press: 5-5-5-5

Part 2 – Bent Over Row with DB or KB (knee on bench): 2 x 15 R/L

Conditioning: 10 minutes

2 minutes of HSPU, then

8 min AMRAP of:

10 Russian Swings

10 Sit-Ups

10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
