Strength: In 12 minutes, build to a Moderate 3 Rep Deadlift (60% 1RM)

8-5-3-3-3

*Stretch or LAX Ball Achilles/Calves between sets

Conditioning: CF Open WOD 13.2

10 min AMRAP:

5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75 lbs)

10 Deadlifts (115/75 lbs)

15 Box Jumps (24/20″)

Mandatory Cool Down:

Calf Stretch on Wall – accumulate 2 min per leg

Achilles smash with Barbell/LAX Ball/Partner x 2 min per leg

K-Stars Mobility and Movement Prep Video for Open WOD 12.3 (Very similar to 13.2)
