10 Close Grip Chin-Ups (Palms facing you)

50 Double-Unders (or 45 sec practice)

*Rest 2 minutes between sets

Conditioning: 15 min Partner AMRAP

100m Farmer’s Carry

150m Row

10 Burpees to a Plate

*P1 does 100m FC, P2 rows 150m, P1 does 10 burpees to plate, P2 does 100m FC, and so on…
