50% x 5

60% x 5

70% x 3

80% x 3

85% x 3

Conditioning:

Part 1 – Every Minute on the Minute for 8 Minutes:

Odd Minutes – 1 Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats

Even Minutes – 5 Clean Grip Deadlifts

*Suggested loading is 75% of Max Clean

Rest 3 minutes

Part 2 – 5 Rounds for Time:

100m Sprint

5 Burpees
