Satuday 2/9/13 – Competitors

A1. Deadlift x 5

A2. Bench Press x 5

5 sets of each – start at a light to moderate weight in each and work up to something heavy, but not maximal (i.e. not close to failure)

8 min AMRAP:

7 Deadlift (135/95 lbs)

5 Hang Power Clean

3 Thrusters

*Rest 30 seconds.

Choose a weight that will allow you to stay unbroken (do all 15 reps without dropping the bar) for the majority of the workout. The goal is to move quickly and to stay unbroken. Mandatory 30 sec rest between rounds.
