Testing:

Squat Clean – 1 Rep Max

Max HSPU in 1 Minute

500m Row for Time

Conditioning (if tests are complete):

6 Rounds

Every 3 Minutes complete the following:

400m Run

12 Toes to Bar

*Rounds start at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 minutes on the clock.

*If you fail to complete the reps within the 3 minute interval, rest the remainder of the minute you spilled over into and start on the next minute. For example, if you finish round 3 at 9:06 on the clock, start round 4 at 10 minutes on the clock.
