*Rounds start at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 minutes on the clock.
*If you fail to complete the reps within the 3 minute interval, rest the remainder of the minute you spilled over into and start on the next minute. For example, if you finish round 3 at 9:06 on the clock, start round 4 at 10 minutes on the clock.
