2. 4 Rounds of

2 min AMRAP:

3 Power Snatch (115/75 lbs)

4 Clean and Jerk (115/75 lbs)

5 Front Squats (115/75 lbs)

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

3. Tabata Double Unders

4. Good Mornings – 3 x 8
