Saturday 1/12/13 – Competitors

CLASS WILL GO TO 11AM TOMORROW!

A. 3 Rounds NOT FOR TIME:

10 Box Jumps (24/20″, Touch and Go to Games Standards)

Rest approx 30 sec

5 to 10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups (based on ability)

Rest approx. 30 sec

*This is PRACTICE – not a WOD. Work the movements. Get comfortable stringing reps together.

B. Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch – 15 min Technique Work

*Form trumps load. Work on hitting the high pockets position on each rep.

C. 8 min AMRAP:

18 Snatches (95/65 lbs)

12 Snatches (125/80 lbs)

6 Snatches (155/95 lbs)

AMRAP Wall Ball Shots (20/14lb) in Time Remaining

D. For Time:

800m Run

25 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
