Wednesday 1/9/13 – Competitors

IF YOU OWN A STOPWATCH, WEAR IT

A. 5 min Kipping HSPU Practice – work in sets of 4, 3, 2, or 1 based on proficiency in movement

B. Work to a  heavy Squat Clean Thruster in 10 minutes

C. 3 Rounds, each for time of:

250m Row

10 Squat Clean Thrusters (95/65 lbs)

10 Burpees

*Rest = 1:1 (rest the amount of time it took to complete the previous round)
