Strength:

Build to a 1 Rep Max Power Clean.

Conditioning:

Within 9 minutes, complete the following:

Power Cleans (65 to 75% of 1RM): 10-8-6-4-2

Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs): 20-16-12-8-4

AMRAP DUs in the time remaining

*Complete 10 Cleans, 20 Wall Balls, 8 Cleans, 16 Wall Balls, all the way down to 2 Cleans, 4 wall balls. In the time remaining, complete as many double unders as possible. Record two scores – the time to complete the couplet as well as the number of DUs completed.
