If you don’t have lifting shoes and your own personal jump rope, order them immediately. They are an absolute must for this class.
A. Strict Press – 4 Rounds of 3.3.3 Reps – Use 65 to 75% of 1 Rep Max
1 Round consists of the following: 3 reps-20 sec rest-3 reps-20 sec rest-3 reps. Rest approx. 3 minutes between rounds.
B. Squat Clean – Work to a heavy single in 10 minutes
C. Touch and Go Squat Cleans – 4 sets of 5 Reps
As Heavy As Possible. Stay Unbroken. Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets.

9 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Double-Unders
7 Power Cleans (165/110 lbs)
15 Double-Unders
5 Front Squats (165/110 lbs)
