A. Snatch Balance – Work to a heavy single in 10 minutes. Spend 3 seconds in the bottom of the OHS position. Work on getting comfortable there.
B. Snatch – 15 minutes to work to a heavy single.
C. 3 Rounds:
5 Snatches (full squat, 65 to 75% of B)
10 Burpees AFAP
10 Pull-Ups (if 10 is easy for you, do C2B)
-Rest 2 minutes between Rounds. Each round should be close to max effort. Try to go unbroken.
D. 4 min AMRAP
Toes to Bar x 5 Unbroken Reps
Do as many sets of 5 Unbroken Toes to Bar as you can. Figure out how much rest you need to stay unbroken.
