Three one rep max attempts at the following:
Back Squat
Strict Press
Deadlift
*From Wednesday through Saturday, we will be finding our 1 rep maxes on these lifts as well as the Bench Press. If you’re unable to make it in on Wednesday, you’ll have the rest of the week to make it up.
