Happy New Year’s Eve!

Please remember to stay safe and have a plan tonight!

Today’s classes are at 6AM, 9:30AM, and Noon.

Tomorrow’s class is at Noon.

Skill/Strength: Squat Clean and Jerk

WOD:

Bumper Burpees: 25-20-15-10-5

Sit-Ups: 25-20-15-10-5

Squat Clean and Jerk (155/105 lbs): 5-4-3-2-1

*Complete 25 burpees to a bumper plate, followed by 25 sit-ups, and 5 clean and jerks… then 20 burpees, 20 sit-ups, 4 C&J, and so on…
