Strength:

Back Squat x 5

Conditioning:

With a Partner, complete 3 rounds each of the following:

P1: 200m Row

P2: Double KB Front Rack Hold (53/35 lbs)

*P1 rows 200m while P2 holds 2 KBs in the front rack position (handles must touch). Partners will then switch until each has completed three 200m rows and three front rack holds. The KBs can only be set down during the transition from hold to row. Every time the KBs leave the rack position, both partners will be assessed a penalty of the coach’s choice to be completed after the WOD.
