Power Clean – 4 x 3

Back Squat:

40% TM x 5

50% TM x 5

60% TM x 3

Work Sets:

75% TM x 5

85% TM x 3

95% TM x 1+

Assistance:

Back Squat – 5 x 10 @ 50% TM

Heavy KB Swings – 5 x 10
