1. Snatch+OHS Complex – 7 sets of 1 Rep
1 Rep of the Complex = Hang Power Snatch from above knee + OHS + Power Snatch from ground + OHS
2. Back Squat
-Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes, complete 1 Back Squat (9 total reps)
-Weight should be at 85% or more of your 1 rep max
3. Strict Press – 3 x 2
-Quickly build to 3 heavy sets of 2 at the same weight.
4. Ab work of coach’s choice (if time allows)
