Working with a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
200m Run
12 Box Jumps
3 Man Makers
*P1 runs 200m, P2 completes 12 box jumps, P1 completes 3 man makers, P2 runs 200m, and so on.
*Man Maker = DB’s to ground, push-up, row right, row left, squat clean to overhead
