1. 3 Position Snatch – Ground, Just above Knee, High Hang
*Work to max load in 15 minutes
2. Deadlift – 1 x 5
*In no more than 5 sets, work up to one heavy set of 5 reps. Control the weight down on each rep and reset before the next rep.
3. GHD Sit-Ups – 3 x 15
*Rest 1 minute between rounds
