Then, in the remaining time:
*After completing the row and thrusters, the remainder of the 20 minutes is spent alternating between a 200m run and a max set of pull-ups. Every time you come off the pull-up bar you must run 200m before your next set. Your score for this WOD is the total number of pull-ups you complete.
