Ring (or stationary) Dip x 5

LAX Ball Pecs

Conditioning: Partner WOD

3 Rounds for Time:

Partner 1: 50m Sprint – 20 Ball Slams – 50m Sprint

Partner 2: 50m Sprint – 20 Ball Slams – 50m Sprint

Partner 1: 50m Sprint – 20 KB Push Press (10R/10L) – 50m Sprint

Partner 2: 50m Sprint – 20 KB Push Press (10R/10L) – 50m Sprint

*Each pair of partners sets up a slam ball and KB at the 50m mark.

The following classes are canceled today:

12:00 PM CrossFit (canceled on Thursdays through November)

5:30 and 6:30 PM CrossFit

6:00 PM Strength

7:00 PM Olympic Lifting
