1. Clean & Jerk – 7 x 1 (start light and build each set, last set is NOT a 1RM)
2. Clean Pull – 90% (of max clean) x 2, 95%x2, 100%x2
3. Front Squat – 3, 3, 3 @ 70-75%

4. 3 Rounds:

7 One Arm KB Swings Rt.

7 KB Push Press Rt.

7 One Arm KB Swings Lt.

7 KB Push Press Lt.

Rest ~ 45 sec between rounds
