Skill:

Tall Box Jumps

3 x 5

Strength:

Push Jerks x 5

Strict Pull-Ups x 5-10

Band Pull-Aparts x 10

Conditioning: 5 Rounds

30 sec Ring Rows

30 sec Rest

30 sec HSPU (or DB strict press)

30 sec Rest

*Record lowest numbers across all five rounds. For example if you perform 15, 13, 13, 11, and 8 reps of rings rows your score for that movement is 8.
