Week 5 Day 3 – 10/27/12

Bench Press and Deadlift:

**Add 5 lbs to your actual Bench Press 1 Rep Max and 10 lbs to your actual Deadlift 1 Rep Max. Re-calculate training maxes based on this number (90% of 1Rep).

Warm-Up:
40% of TM x 5 Reps
50% of TM x 5 Reps
60% of TM x 3 Reps

Working:
65% of TM x 5
75% of TM x 5
85% of TM x 5+

Assistance: 4 Rounds

15 Dynamic Push-Ups

10 Walking Barbell Lunges (bar on back)

50m HEAVY Farmer’s Carry

Cool Down:

Tire Flippin Fun
