Back Squat:

**Add 10 lbs to your actual Back Squat 1 Rep Max and re-calculate training max based on this number (90% of New 1Rep Max)

Warm-Up:
40% of TM x 5 Reps
50% of TM x 5 Reps
60% of TM x 3 Reps

Working:
65% of TM x 5
75% of TM x 5
85% of TM x 5+

Assistance: 5 Rounds

10 Back Squats (50% of TM)

Core: 3 Rounds

15 Back Extensions

10 Good Mornings
