WOD: Teams of 3

18 minute AMRAP:

P1: 400m Run

P2: AMRAP Virtual Shovel (135/95 lbs)

P3: Rest

*Partner 1 runs 400m while P2 completes as many virtual shoveling reps as possible and P3 rests. Run goes to shovel, shovel goes to rest, and rest goes to run. Team’s score is total number of shoveling reps completed.
