Skill: 10 minutes of Double Under and Rope Climb Practice (Protect your legs!)

WOD: Teams of 2 complete the following for time

60 Double Unders*

6 Rope Climbs (alternate every rep)

90 Double Unders

90 Box Jumps (alternate every rep)

120 Double Unders

120 American KB Swings (alternate every 15 reps)

150 Double Unders

*Partners may switch as needed on double unders but each partner must complete exactly half of the reps in each round.
