Week 2 Day 2 10/4/12

Back Squat

*TM = Training Max = 90% of Actual 1 Rep Max

Warm-Up:

Set1: 40% of TM x 5

Set 2: 50% of TM x 5

Set 3: 60% of TM x 3

Work Sets:

Set 1: 70% of TM x 3

Set 2: 80% of TM x 3

Set 3: 90% of TM x 3+

Assistance:

Split Squats – 3 x 10 R/L

Good Mornings – 3 x 10

Broad Jumps – 3 x 5

Core WOD:

90 sec of Burpees to a target that is 6″ to 12″ above your reach – go all out
