Work up to a Max Load in 5 to 7 sets

Rack the bar and rest approx. 15 seconds

3 Push Press

Rack the bar and rest approx. 15 seconds

5 Push Jerks

3A. 40m HEAVY Farmer’s Carry x 3 sets

3B. 8 Good Mornings x 3 sets
