1. Squat Clean – 5 sets of 2 (70-80% 1RM)

2. Push Jerk – 5 sets of 2 (70-80% 1RM)

3. Push Press – 3 sets of 3 (70% 1RM Push Press)

4A.  5 Ab Wheel (or barbell Roll-Outs); rest 30 sec

4B.  100m Front Rack Carry (KB in each hand) x 3; rest 60 sec
