WOD:
Part 1:
Within 6 minutes:
Run 600m, then climb the ladder:
1 Ball Slam
1 Burpee
2 Ball Slams
2 Burpees
….
Rest 4 minutes
Part 2: Go back down the ladder for time. For example, if you complete 7 full rounds plus 8 ball slams and 3 burpees in part 1, you then start with 3 burpees, 8 ball slams, 7 burpees, 7 ball slams, 6 and 6, 5 and 5, etc… ending with a 600m Run.
