Testing (in any order):
1. Establish 1 Rep Max Bench Press – Watch this demo video and work with a SPOTTER!
2. Establish 1 Rep Max Back Squat – Do not sacrifice depth for weight.
3. One set of Max Reps Push-Ups – Body in straight plank position, only the chest touches the ground, hips do not.
4. Find your Max Vertical Jump – 3 attempts. Use the tape in room 212.
Assistance: 3 Rounds NOT FOR TIME:
10 Bench Press at 50% 1 Rep Max
10 Back Squats at 50% 1 Rep Max
Abs: 3 Rounds, resting as needed between sets.
30 sec Weighted Front Plank
30 sec Side Plank (right)
30 sec Side Plank (left)
