Testing:

1. Establish 1 Rep Max Strict Press

2. Establish Max Rep Strict Pull-Ups

Assistance:

3A. 10 Strict Chin-Ups (Palms facing you)  x 5

3B. 10 Strict Press @ 40% of 1 Rep Max x 5

4. Hip Extensions: 3 sets of 10 Reps with 1 second hold at top position (torso parallel to ground)
