Whole Life Challenge Prelims!

Be at the Box at 7:30AM to get measured and test yourself with a fun WOD. Here’s what we got:

AMRAP in 9 minutes:

7 KB Swings (53/35 lbs)

7 Burpees

50m Run (25m down and back)

The Regular 8:30AM CrossFit and CF Kids are cancelled. This WOD is for Whole Life Challenge Participants Only!
