4 x 3-7 Reps
*Rest at least 1:30 between Rounds and Stretch Lats and Shoulders
Conditioning:
Death by Strict Pull-Ups
400m Sprint for Time
*Perform 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 the second minute, and so on until you can no longer complete the required reps in that minute. When you “die” wait until the next minute and sprint 400m for time.
