1. 2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Snatch – 7 sets, try to build per set

2. Back Squat: 5 x 5 at 50%1RM (focus on speed); Rest about 90-120 sec

3A. Good Mornings x 10 reps x 3 rounds

3B. HSPU (or HS hold) x AMRAP x 3 rounds
