“Gator”

Eight rounds for time of:

  • 185 pound Front squat, 5 reps
  • 26 Ring push-ups

OR

“Abbate”

  • Run 1 mile
  • 155 pound Clean and jerk, 21 reps
  • Run 800 meters
  • 155 pound Clean and jerk, 21 reps
  • Run 1 Mile

There will be partner and scaling options for both WODs.
