WOD:
Part 1: 100 Russian Swings for Time
*Every Minute on the Minute complete 5 Burpees to a target 12″ above your max reach (burpees start at min 0)
Rest 3+ Minutes (For example, if you finish in 5:15, you start part 2 at 9:00)
Part 2: 50 Hang Cleans (95/65 lbs) for Time
*Every Minute on the Minute complete 15 DUs (or 15 Lateral Jumps over your bar if the DUs will take more than 20 seconds)
