WOD: Working with a partner and with only one partner working at a time, complete the following:

60 Heavy Ball Slams (switch every 10 reps)
90 Sit-Ups (switch every 15 reps)
200 Double Unders (switch as needed)
800m Run (done as 4 x 200m sprints, switch after each one)
