1. Snatch Balance – 10 min to work to a heavy single – spend 3 seconds in the rock bottom OHS position
2. Squat Snatch – 5 sets of 2 reps at 75 – 90% of 1RM
3A. Box Squat Jumps x 5 reps x 3 sets
Rest 30 sec
3B. Snatch High Pull (at or above weight from part 2) x 3 reps x 3 sets
Rest 60 sec
