1. Front Squat Warm-Up – 10, 8, 5, 3, 3 – work up to Squat Clean Weight
2. Squat Clean – 5 sets of 2 reps at 75 – 85% of 1RM
3. 200m Single Arm Farmer’s Carry – Switch Hands every 50m – Go HEAVY
