1. 2 Squat Cleans + 1 Split Jerk – 5 sets, increase weight with each one

2. Clean Pull – 3 sets of 3 reps at 90+% Max Clean

3A. Good Mornings – 3 x 8

3B. Barbell Roll Outs – 3 x 5 to 10 Reps

370lb C&J at 123lb Bodyweight
