Agility Ladder Warm Up

4x Through

2 foot hops

Right foot hops

left foot hops

Two Feet in , two feet out alternating

high knees in

Tumbling for 10 minutes


Forward Rolls

Backwards Rolls

Skill

Air Squat

Push Up

WOD

AMRAP in 5 minutes

Begin with a 30 sec plank

Then AMRAP

10 Air Squats

10 Push Ups

Run to 3rd A/C unit
