Ring Dips

5 x 3 (Add weight if possible)

Conditioning:

100m Farmer’s Carry

Rest the same amount of time it took you to complete the carry

200m Farmer’s Carry

Rest the same amount of time it took you to complete the carry

300m Farmer’s Carry

Rest the same amount of time it took you to complete the carry. Then:

3 Rounds:

1 min Burpee AMRAP
1 min Rest
