1. 3 Position Clean – Ground, Mid Thigh, High Hang – 6 sets

2. Strict Press:

Set 1 – 5 reps at 50%

Set 2 – 5 reps at 60%

Set 3 – 5 reps at 70%

Sets 4,5,6 – 3 reps at 85%

Set 7 – 10 reps at 60%

3. Accumulate 180 seconds in a plank
