WOD: With a partner complete the following for time:

Buy In: 800m Slam Ball Carry (partners work together)

5 Rounds:

20 Double Unders

15 Ball Slams

10 Squat thrusts

*Alternate between movements. P1 does 20 DU, P2 does 15 ball slams, P1 does 10 squat thrusts, and so on for 5 rounds.

Cash Out: 800m Relay (P1 runs 400m, P2 runs 400m)
