WOD:

Working in teams of 4, complete the following for time:

800m Run with KB (all team members must run with KB at some point in run)

300 KB Swings

200 Sit-Ups

100 Goblet Squats

50 KB Push-Ups (one hand on KB, one hand on ground, alternate each rep)

*One partner works at a time (except for the run). The KB may not touch the ground (except for the push-ups) or there will be an immediate 20 burpee team penalty (5 burpees per partner).
